JOB TITLE: Principal, IT Business Analysis
The Program Delivery Lead joins the Manufacturing and Quality Applications IT Organization to oversee system enhancements and project delivery. This role involves leading oversight of application improvements, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and operational objectives. Key responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, risks, and dependencies while communicating status to leadership. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and analysts, and serve as a liaison to Segment Business Relationship Managers to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Required competencies include expertise in program delivery, IT project management, and the software development lifecycle. The role requires proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, portfolio reporting, and project tracking tools to manage demand, release planning, and process improvements within a complex business and IT environment.
Lead oversight of application system enhancements and IT project delivery for the Manufacturing and Quality Applications organization.
Monitor and communicate project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
Serve as a liaison to Segment Business Relationship Managers to translate business priorities into actionable plans.
Coordinate the intake, prioritization, tracking, and governance of application enhancements and project requests across multiple teams.
Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports, action logs, roadmaps, and delivery metrics.
Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to provide transparency into work progress and areas requiring escalation.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, and operational effectiveness across the organization.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience are required.
A Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience are required.
A minimum of 16 years of prior related experience is required in lieu of a degree.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens to obtain a required security clearance.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Program Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
PMP, MBA, Agile, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in program delivery, IT project management, application delivery, business systems support, or operational leadership (preferred).
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies (preferred).
