The position focuses on leveraging AI to enhance production processes, controls, and operations, ensuring that emerging technology integrations align with governance standards and deliver measurable value for the organization.
Architect, design, and deliver advanced solutions to scale AI, Digital, and Quantum technologies across the enterprise.
Identify, develop, and promote AI-powered business use cases to deliver measurable impact and organizational value.
Evaluate, benchmark, and onboard new AI technologies to ensure alignment with strategic direction and governance standards.
Analyze business requirements and workflows to surface real needs for AI-driven transformation and operational efficiency.
Lead project management activities for multiple simultaneous initiatives, including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
Oversee requirements validation with development and QA teams to ensure new functionality meets business needs.
Define production implementation requirements specific to emerging technology platforms like AI and Quantum.
Provide subject matter expertise on production processes, controls, and operations to enhance compliance and effectiveness.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Management Science, Project Management, IT, or a relevant field plus 7 years of relevant analytical experience in financial services.
Master’s degree in Management Science, Project Management, IT, or a relevant field plus 4 years of relevant analytical experience in financial services.
Proven experience conducting cost-benefit and impact analyses, including ROI and risk assessments.
Experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements using use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
Experience creating workflow diagrams, BPMN charts, and wireframe prototypes.
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
Familiarity with AI integration and automation tools like Microsoft Copilot.
