Analyze and define key stakeholder business needs through cross-functional collaboration.
Identify scope gaps and missing requirements by analyzing current and future system states.
Perform requirements analysis, story decomposition, system integration analysis, and data flow design.
Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for the scrum team.
Participate in agile activities including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Provide requirement and design support to the development team and UI/UX partners.
Develop test plans and cases while participating in results verification.
Maintain policies, standards, and documentation to ensure a consistent framework across the enterprise.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS preferred.
5+ years of experience in business system analysis or related fields.
Experience in Agile and software development.
Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and process modeling tools like Draw.io or Visio.
Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices including elicitation, gap analysis, and requirements decomposition.
Knowledge of event-driven applications, streaming/batch analytics, data management tools (SQL, Figma, Tableau), and complex data analytics using Python and R.
Experience in clearinghouse activities (preferred).
CCBA, CBAP, AAC, or other related certifications (preferred).
