IT Business Analysis

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Analyze and implement fault-tolerant architectures for batch and real-time environments.
• Perform data analysis using Python and SQL queries to support risk management reporting.
• Define product backlogs, prioritize user stories, and manage functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as an on-call escalation contact.
• Validate large volume data processing frameworks and in-memory aggregation systems.
• Coordinate with SQA and development teams to deliver system fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure test case scenarios align with business requirements and system services.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another directly related technical field.
• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or other occupation providing relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing and testing fault tolerant architectures for batch and real-time environments.
• Experience in Agile development methodology and scrum master skills in engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Proof-of-concept development for statistical processing of large volume numeric data and in-memory aggregation.
• Experience analyzing and validating large volume data processing frameworks.
• Experience analyzing data using Python/SQL queries and writing functional specification documentation.
• Knowledge of databases, ETL, and UNIX systems.
