JOB TITLE: Lead, IT Business Analysis
The Lead, IT Business Analysis serves as the Program Delivery Lead for the SAP Applications IT Organization. This role oversees system enhancements and project delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational objectives. The Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and analysts, to monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies. Key responsibilities include serving as a liaison to Segment business relationship managers to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, coordinating intake and governance for application requests, and maintaining project documentation like roadmaps and delivery metrics. The role requires expertise in project management methodologies, the software development lifecycle, and application enhancement delivery processes. Candidates should possess skills in portfolio reporting, demand management, and release planning using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies within a complex business environment.
Lead oversight of application system enhancements and IT project delivery for the SAP Applications organization.
Monitor and communicate project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
Serve as a liaison to Segment Business Relationship Managers to translate business priorities into actionable plans.
Coordinate the intake, prioritization, tracking, and governance of application enhancements across multiple teams.
Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports, action logs, roadmaps, and delivery metrics.
Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to provide transparency into work progress and required escalations.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes and operational effectiveness across the Enterprise Applications organization.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in program delivery, IT project management, application delivery, business systems support, or operational leadership (preferred).
Demonstrated experience overseeing application enhancements, project execution, and delivery status reporting in a complex business and IT environment (preferred).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development lifecycle, and application enhancement delivery processes (preferred).
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies (preferred).
