The Principal Information Systems Project Manager will join the Business Lifecycle Solutions team within the Enterprise Platforms & Applications organization. This role involves supporting the Corporate IT portfolio, specifically focusing on a complex Enterprise Resource Management toolset with a heavy emphasis on technical support. The manager will prepare integrated project execution plans, establish engagement models for matrixed teams, and ensure projects meet technical, security, and business requirements on schedule. Key responsibilities include coordinating system design, development, testing, and deployment while managing business readiness and change-management plans. The ideal candidate possesses skills in IT project management principles and experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Planisware, Post Grey, and ServiceNow. The work addresses complex resource management, program resource forecasting, and data migration across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance areas.
Prepare integrated project execution plans and identify necessary technical and business resources.
Establish roles, responsibilities, and engagement models for matrixed project teams.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet security and business requirements.
Coordinate the delivery of information systems by integrating design, development, security, testing, and deployment.
Interface with external stakeholders to provide solutions for difficult technical issues.
Develop and implement business readiness and change-management plans, including training and adoption strategies.
Determine and develop independent approaches to solutions for project-level risks and resource allocation.
What we're looking for
Must have 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 3 years with a Masters, 1 year with a PhD, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have demonstrated experience leading IT projects or programs that span multiple functional organizations.
Must have strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, including experience interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Must have the ability to work under general direction and independently determine approaches to solutions.
Experience supporting cyber governance and compliance-driven IT programs (preferred).
Proven experience managing projects delivering complex, multi-function enterprise IT solutions across business and technical teams (preferred).
Experience leading data migration, metrics/dashboards, testing, training, or deployment activities in a program environment (preferred).
Experience managing IT solutions for business processes like manufacturing, supply chain, or finance (preferred).
