Required skills include proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, TRIO, and ServiceNow. The role provides critical support for secure, integrated, and multi-domain systems within a classified environment, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to changing technical requirements.

What you'll do

  • Oversee operational aspects of ongoing deployment projects and act as a liaison between the Program Management Office and project teams.
  • Manage the cost, schedule, and performance of all assigned tasks, activities, and products.
  • Review project budgets and schedules while preparing regular status reports and executive briefings.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and performing problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements and work across multiple teams to support the program Statement of Work.
  • Develop spend plans and track actual expenditures against the established plan.
  • Support management with Engineering Tools demand, utilization, and standardized processes for license lifecycle management.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret level security clearance with Special Program access is required.
  • Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's with 5 years; OR Associate's with 7 years; OR High School Diploma with 9 years is required.
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's with 8 years; OR Associate's with 10 years; OR High School Diploma with 12 years is required.
  • Experience leading multiple project assignments is required.
  • Experience with project management tools and presenting project data like status, risk, and deliverables to key stakeholders is required.
  • Experience working with an integrated team, including program managers, functional managers, and customers is required.
  • Working experience utilizing MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project), TRIO, and Service Now is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
  • Understanding of budgets and financial cycles within Northrop Grumman (preferred).
