Principal IAM Cyber Strategy

What you'll do

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for enterprise IAM data services and products.
• Own the backlog, prioritization, and delivery of IAM data platforms, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee enterprise identity data architecture, data modeling, quality, and governance practices.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support cybersecurity, audit, regulatory, and operational objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning for identity intelligence and anomaly detection.
• Establish governance processes for identity data standards, quality controls, and lineage.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product requirements for engineering and architecture teams.
• Ensure IAM data services meet reliability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.

What we're looking for

• Must have a strong understanding of product management principles, agile delivery methodologies, and roadmap development.
• Must have experience managing complex technology products and services across large enterprise environments.
• Must possess deep understanding of IAM disciplines including IGA, PAM, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Must have strong knowledge of IAM industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and Zero Trust.
• Must be able to define product vision, measurable outcomes, adoption strategies, and business value realization metrics.
• Must be able to oversee enterprise identity data architecture, data modeling, data quality, and governance practices.
• Must be able to identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and agentic identity capabilities.
