What you'll do

• Design and build agentic workflows for repetitive revenue tasks like account enrichment, CRM updates, and renewals.
• Determine which parts of the go-to-market motion require AI automation versus human judgment.
• Establish quality bars for production agents using evals, monitoring, and clear rules for sensitive data.
• Own the architecture connecting agents to Salesforce, data warehouses, and various intent sources.
• Build a signal layer to feed account prioritization, routing, and next-best-action data.
• Review code and designs from stakeholders to ensure version control and proper testing are in place.
• Identify automation opportunities with leadership and measure the business impact of every shipped tool.
• Document all systems and ownership to ensure long-term operational continuity.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, GTM automation, or revenue systems.
• Several years of experience owning systems from design through production support at a staff level or above.
• Experience running at least one LLM-powered workflow or agent that a business team relied on in production.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data models, Flow, APIs, and permissions.
• Experience working directly in BigQuery, Snowflake, or a similar data warehouse.
• Experience integrating SaaS systems over REST APIs and webhooks.
• Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
