Principal Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement full-stack, end-to-end customer-facing applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Architect fine-grained access control frameworks and scalable entitlement models using RBAC, ReBAC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Develop and maintain RESTful services using Docker, Swagger, and various cloud-native technologies.
• Build and manage scalable infrastructure on public cloud platforms including AWS Lambda, EKS, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Manage Tier 0 platform incidents and drive 24x7 operational excellence through root cause analysis and real-time monitoring.
• Create and optimize database objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures for high-performance query tuning.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to support agile development workflows.
• Monitor and tune performance metrics for highly scalable cloud applications to ensure high availability and resiliency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10 plus years of experience in designing and implementing full stack end-to-end customer-facing applications.
• 7 plus years of experience working in complex architectural designs and technology initiatives.
• 5 plus years of experience working in agile development environments like Scrum or Kanban.
• Extensive knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on application development experience with AWS services including Lambda, EKS, S3, Dynamo DB, and Kinesis.
• Deep understanding of modern authorization architectures including RBAC, ReBAC, JWT-based authorization, and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with OpenFGA or comparable ReBAC platforms (preferred).
