Join our dynamic team as a Senior Field Application Engineer specializing in customer-facing technical execution for Arm-based server platforms. You will act as the primary technical liaison for customers evaluating and deploying new silicon, leading product evaluations from goal-setting to post-eval closeout. Your day-to-day responsibilities include running bring-up and debug across multiple layers, driving Day-0 readiness gates, triaging issues, and supporting workload enablement. Additionally, you’ll deliver training and translate field feedback into actionable improvements for the product roadmap. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in FAE or systems engineering roles with expertise in server platforms, Linux troubleshooting, and customer support from pre-sales to post-deployment. Familiarity with large-scale data center networking and multi-region collaboration is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Lead product evaluation lifecycle for customer-facing technical execution of Arm-based server platforms.
  • Run bring-up and debug across board, firmware, kernel/OS, and workload layers for seamless deployment.
  • Drive Day-0 readiness gates including BMC, console, firmware baseline, boot path, and diagnostics.
  • Triage customer issues, define severity, collect evidence, and engage L2/L3 Engineering teams as needed.
  • Support workload enablement and tuning for cloud-native, AI, and enterprise workloads to optimize performance.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years experience in FAE, systems engineering, or related roles.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with server and network infrastructure development.
  • Deep expertise in Linux systems troubleshooting and performance analysis.
  • Proven track record supporting customers from pre-sales to post-deployment phases.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical details effectively across all levels.
  • BS in EE/CE/CS or equivalent experience; MS preferred.
