Join our team as a senior technical lead responsible for customer-facing execution of Arm-based server platforms, accelerating time-to-value and production readiness. You will act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and deploying silicon, leading product evaluation lifecycles from goal-setting to post-eval closeout, including bring-up and debug across various layers. Your responsibilities include driving Day-0 readiness gates, triaging customer issues, supporting workload enablement, delivering training, and translating field feedback into product improvements. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in FAE or systems engineering roles with expertise in server platforms, Linux troubleshooting, and large-scale data center networking. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

  • Drive readiness and acceptance gates for Day-0 deployment of new platforms.
  • Support workload enablement and tuning for cloud-native, AI, and enterprise workloads.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years experience in FAE, systems engineering, or related roles.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with server and network infrastructure development.
  • Deep expertise in Linux systems troubleshooting and performance analysis.
  • Proven track record supporting customers from pre-sales to post-deployment.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
  • BS in EE/CE/CS or equivalent experience; MS preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale data center networking and server integration beneficial.
