What you'll do

Set technology strategy and roadmaps for AI Native Drug Discovery platforms.
Design and implement scalable, cost-optimized cloud solutions on AWS or Azure.
Develop generative and agentic AI platforms including LLM-powered applications and RAG architectures.
Build and operationalize solutions using foundation models with responsible AI guardrails.
Drive the technology stack for scheduling, monitoring, deployment, and configuration management.
Establish long-term sustainable operational processing and resource models for R&D computing.
Provide technical leadership to develop and motivate junior team members.
Partner with business units to identify and execute high-impact technology opportunities.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or a related field with at least 6 years of industry experience.
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or a related field with at least 4 years of industry experience.
Experience with Python, Java, C++, or other complex programming languages.
Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
Experience with container functionality such as Docker, Singularity, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.
Experience with GraphQL API implementation and visualization technologies.
Experience with GPUs for computational sciences, advanced AI/ML/Deep Learning, and high-performance storage solutions.
Experience building generative or agentic AI solutions with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or similar foundation models (preferred).
