What you'll do

Implement and manage containerized applications using EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Design and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like AWS CDK and Terraform.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security across all environments using observability tools.
Automate operational tasks and implement backup, disaster recovery procedures, and SLAs.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortem analysis.
Contribute to the engineering and development of new application services using FastAPI and Python.

What we're looking for

6+ years of Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or DevOps experience with AWS.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools including AWS CDK, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
Proficiency in scripting languages including TypeScript, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Strong Linux system administration skills and containerization experience with ECS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and CloudWatch.
Experience in Python / FastAPI development (preferred).
Prior experience developing Gen AI applications or working in a startup environment (preferred).
