What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 3 years in application strategy, architecture, and engineering.
Experience in planning, architecture, design, development, and operations of CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry (preferred).
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce technical capabilities including workflow automation, data architecture, API engineering, and platform configuration.
In-depth knowledge of the systems development life cycle and enterprise application development practices for complex business systems.
Demonstrated experience leading large enterprise projects, including business requirements analysis, solution architecture, and end-to-end delivery.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integration features.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD/CT practices, and Salesforce ecosystem delivery tooling.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Application/System Architect certifications (preferred).
Salesforce certifications in Data Architecture and Management and Integration Architecture (preferred).
Experience with Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce (preferred).
