What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 3 years in application strategy, architecture, and engineering.
Experience in planning, designing, and operating CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform using Service, Experience, and Health/Life Sciences Clouds.
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce technical capabilities including workflow automation, data modeling, API engineering, and integration design.
In-depth knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and enterprise application development practices for complex business systems.
Demonstrated experience leading large enterprise projects, managing technical designs, influencing stakeholders, and guiding engineering teams or vendors.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, Salesforce Well-Architected concepts, and designing scalable, sustainable solutions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integration features.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD/CT practices, and Salesforce ecosystem delivery tooling for automated releases.
Experience with Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce (preferred).
Experience with Agentic software engineering using Agentforce Vibes (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Architect levels (preferred).
Additional Salesforce Consultant, Data Architecture, or Integration Architecture certifications (preferred).
