What you'll do

  • Implement automation frameworks and DevOps best practices to optimize CI/CD pipelines and reduce cycle times.
  • Develop and deploy automated validation tools and intelligent documentation systems for Software Lifecycle processes.
  • Manage incident management activities including root cause analysis, investigation coordination, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee regulatory audits and inspections while managing CAPA investigations and remediation activities.
  • Establish automated dashboards and analytics to monitor system performance and identify quality gaps.
  • Provide expert mentorship and training on DevOps tools, automation, and computerized system quality standards.
  • Develop and implement solution strategies that align IT operations with regulatory requirements using AI-powered tools.
  • Manage infrastructure change management and risk assessment activities to ensure business continuity.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of experience, master’s degree plus 6 years of experience, or PhD plus 2 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in DevOps toolchains (Jira, Confluence, qTest, Jenkins, GitLab, AWS, and Azure DevOps), automation pipelines, and CI/CD.
  • Experience managing SQA practices, validation strategy, risk management, and incident mitigation.
  • Experience supporting regulatory audits and compliance for agencies such as the FDA.
  • Strong skills in analytics, project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to coach teams on policy, SLC execution, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of Computer Software Assurance (CSA), digital transformation in quality, and contemporary validation practices.
  • Professional certifications like ASQ CQA, PMP, or Six Sigma (preferred); experience in life sciences (preferred); and supervisory experience (preferred).
