Principal EITP BU Client Leader

What you'll do

• Translate business unit strategies into actionable infrastructure plans that support growth and modernization.
• Develop and drive a multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead integrated planning by aligning demand, capacity, cost, and risk for all initiatives.
• Maintain a business unit-level infrastructure risk register to ensure visibility and mitigation planning.
• Communicate infrastructure strategy, tradeoffs, and business impacts to senior stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Represent business unit priorities in enterprise portfolio and capacity planning processes.
• Align infrastructure demand with funding to ensure financial discipline across all investments.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead to establish governance and engagement practices with technology teams.

What we're looking for

• Must have a degree or equivalent.
• Typically requires 13+ years of work experience, with 8+ years of direct work-related experience.
• Fewer years of experience are required if the candidate holds a relevant Master's or Doctorate qualification.
• Must possess infrastructure literacy across domains including cloud, network, platforms, and end-user technologies.
• Must have skills in IT financial management and technology risk management.
• Must possess executive communication and strategic planning skills.
• Must demonstrate ownership, accountability, governance, and decision management.
• Must have experience in cross-functional coordination.
