The Principal Developer Relations Manager leads strategic engagements across developer ecosystems to expand the use of AI and computing platforms. Working within the marketing technology strategic ISV space, this role involves establishing technical authority, guiding partner product direction, and accelerating adoption of the NVIDIA software stack. You will architect, demonstrate, and integrate tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints into partner products to achieve measurable performance improvements. Key responsibilities include mentoring engineers, providing reference implementations, and resolving complex architectural challenges. Required expertise includes CUDA, CUDA C++, GNN, SNN, CUTLASS, cuBLAS, NCCL, InfiniBand fabrics, and in-network reduction. You must possess deep GPU programming fluency to reason about custom kernels, Tensor Cores, and low-precision paths while driving technical collaborations with engineering and product teams.
Architect and integrate the NVIDIA software stack into partner products and pipelines to achieve measurable performance improvements.
Provide advanced technical assets including reference implementations, sample code, and demo pipelines to guide partner onboarding.
Engage senior technical leaders at partner organizations to resolve complex architectural challenges and promote best-practice integrations.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
Direct hands-on experience in CUDA, CUDA C++, GNN, SNN, CUTLASS, cuBLAS, NCCL, InfiniBand fabrics, and in-network reduction.
Track record of leading global developer programs and scaling ecosystem adoption with major technology organizations and technically advanced ISVs.
Exceptional technical depth in NVIDIA software, including GPU programming fluency, custom kernels, Tensor Cores, and low-precision paths.
Extensive experience driving strategic technical collaborations, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering high-impact technical talks.
Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder technical engagements and negotiate requirements across engineering, product, sales, legal, and marketing teams.
Experience architecting, integrating, and co-commercializing solutions with strategic ISVs to drive ecosystem adoption and business impact.
