What you'll do

Build analyses to provide a holistic view of infrastructure demand and long-term scaling considerations.
Consolidate and interpret capacity insights from engineering and platform teams to inform leadership on growth projections.
Oversee planning for physical data center infrastructure to ensure readiness aligns with platform needs.
Identify and communicate infrastructure capacity risks and gaps to enable proactive mitigation.
Establish and track performance metrics to promote consistent planning practices and operational discipline.
Drive the adoption of automation and AI-driven analytics in data center capacity planning.
Translate complex infrastructure data into strategic insights for senior leadership.
Lead long-term data center strategy development initiatives to support company growth.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
Experience in data center colocation operations, infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, capacity planning, or engineering program leadership.
Experience coordinating cross-team planning initiatives in complex infrastructure environments.
Ability to translate infrastructure data and analytics into strategic insights for senior leadership.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
3-5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, capacity planning, or engineering program leadership (preferred).
Strong understanding of AI/ML, compute infrastructure, cloud platforms, and large scale distributed systems (preferred).
Experience with infrastructure planning, capacity governance, strategy functions, telemetry, observability platforms, or automated planning systems (preferred).
