What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable, elastic distributed systems using distributed state management tools.
Optimize code and data paths for high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads and large-scale processing.
Design fault-tolerant systems featuring redundancy, replication, failover, and rate-limiting to meet SLOs.
Establish KPIs and build proactive dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health.
Design complex validation scenarios including fault injection and brownouts to ensure data integrity.
Proactively diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues while mentoring peers in troubleshooting.
Implement security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts for patching, updates, and rollbacks.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Experience is required in designing and architecting scalable, elastic distributed systems.
