Strong data modeling skills for relational, hierarchical, and graph schemas for governance datasets.
Professional software and API design experience including REST/gRPC, versioning strategies, and service contracts.
Hands-on understanding of IaaS and hypervisor platforms with integrated identity and authorization provisioning.
Ability to embed regulatory, risk, and control requirements into architecture with audit-ready evidence (preferred); policy-as-code; Kubernetes; and data governance (preferred).
