What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience, Master's plus 4 years, or Doctorate plus 3 years in a relevant technical field.
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and other required security screenings.
  • Experience with agent-based architectures, frameworks, and technologies like MCP, A2A protocol, or Azure AI Foundry.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing and deploying products from ideation to shipping as part of a product team.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling online experimentation platforms for high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in product measurement strategy and defining north-star metrics at scale.
  • At least 5 years of experience creating publications such as patents, libraries, or peer-reviewed academic papers.
