What you'll do

  • Deliver safety mitigations at scale in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Refine existing implementations based on operational performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end issues for Responsible AI customers.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with 1+ year of experience.
  • A Doctorate in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and other required security screenings.
  • Experience in machine learning, specifically in NLP and deep learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and C# along with familiarity with PyTorch and Triton frameworks.
  • Experience in supervised fine-tuning of LLMs using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback.
  • Experience in engineering methodologies including unit testing, Test Driven Development, and DevOps.
