What you'll do
Design, simulate, and optimize custom antenna elements for wideband applications.

Conduct hands-on testing in anechoic chambers to validate hardware designs.
Address mmWave frequency challenges such as atmospheric absorption and path loss.
What we're looking for
Expert-level proficiency in ANSYS HFSS and CST Studio Suite for EM simulations.
Deep understanding of phased array theory, including grating lobes and beamforming.
Proficiency in RF circuit design using Cadence for matching networks and system analysis.
Mastery of measurement hardware such as VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
8+ years of antenna engineering experience with a focus on custom development.
