Presales Senior Solutions Architect, Security

What you'll do

• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with client needs and business objectives.
• Identify new opportunities and optimize service offerings to drive revenue growth within the professional services team.
• Create synergistic service solutions by collaborating with SHI stakeholder partner teams.
• Contribute to practice development by identifying growth areas, leading innovation initiatives, and maintaining practice standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on best practices, technology trends, and innovations.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends and professional knowledge.
• Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and provide architecture recommendations.

What we're looking for

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Expert ability to oversee and direct projects to completion while ensuring goals are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Expert ability to identify, document, and manage technical needs and specifications by analyzing business objectives.
• Expert ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions using infrastructure effectively.
• Expert ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages to automate tasks.
• Expert ability to manage infrastructure components like firewalls, load balancers, and hypervisors using orchestration tools.
