What you'll do

Act as a customer-facing security expert to provide a consultative approach to security projects.
Develop and deliver new security services offerings to address specific customer requests and opportunities.
Collaborate with client executives and engineers to understand their goals and strengthen customer relationships.
Educate internal sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through various training sessions.
Develop sales collateral and create use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
Perform independent research and lab work to stay current on OT/IoT security trends and technologies.
Design and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences.
Create comprehensive documentation, including system and network diagrams, to support operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience is required.
Must have 5+ years of experience in a Technical Cybersecurity role.
Must have 3+ years of experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
Must possess deep security knowledge in the OT/IoT space, including protocol awareness and traffic analysis.
Must have familiarity with OT/IoT industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and SCADA.
Must have a general understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS.
Must possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to run demos on cloud security products.
CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or relevant professional certifications (preferred).
