  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations for full stack observability solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts like distributed tracing and AIOps into business-relevant value propositions for executive audiences.
  • Develop internal practice collateral including reference architectures, battle cards, competitive analyses, and vendor evaluation frameworks.
  • Evaluate and qualify new vendor technologies to make recommendations on partner adoption and platform consolidation.
  • Conduct internal enablement sessions for engineering and sales teams on emerging technologies and monitoring best practices.
  • Identify new observability opportunities and optimize service offerings to drive revenue growth within the presales team.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in observability, monitoring, site reliability engineering, systems engineering, application operations, or infrastructure architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within the observability, infrastructure, or application operations domain.
  • Expertise in end-to-end observability design, including instrumentation strategy, telemetry pipelines, data management, and SLO-based operating models.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation languages including Python, Go, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
  • Strong background in system security, data privacy, and compliance.
  • One or more certifications in observability platforms, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, or ITIL (preferred).
