Presales Solution Engineer, Edge AI

What you'll do

• Translate customer business requirements into actionable Edge AI and Advanced Compute architectures.
• Design end-to-end solutions incorporating CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, containers, and hybrid-cloud integrations.
• Own the technical execution of customer Proof of Concepts (POCs), including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop productionization plans to move successful POCs into full-scale production deployments.
• Identify and mitigate technical and organizational barriers that prevent solutions from reaching production.
• Build reusable architectures, technical patterns, reference designs, and deployment methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership during customer workshops, architecture sessions, and RFP responses.
• Develop solution bills of materials, architecture documentation, and technical proposals.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in technical presales, forward deployment engineering, solution engineering, architecture, AI infrastructure, or advanced compute.
• Experience designing and deploying AI, Edge AI, computer vision, advanced compute, or accelerated computing solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of GPUs, CPUs, NPUs, accelerators, containers, networking, storage, and hybrid-cloud technologies.
• Experience taking technical solutions from POC or pilot into production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, application, and integration challenges.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, manageability, and production operational requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Strong customer-facing presentation, communication, and technical storytelling skills.
