Power Integrity Engineer

What you'll do

• Model and simulate power delivery networks across die, interposer, package, board, and voltage regulators.
• Define off-die droop budgets and design end-to-end power delivery solutions for SoC systems.
• Perform feasibility studies for silicon floorplans and advanced droop mitigation schemes.
• Conduct model-to-hardware correlation for components and full system products.
• Provide implementation guidelines to silicon, package, and system design teams.
• Analyze noise coupling, voltage guard bands, and active droop mitigation techniques.
• Verify power integrity quality through physical lab measurements and equipment testing.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Master's or PhD with a background in Power/Signal Integrity, Analog Circuit Design, or Electromagnetism.
• Experience in PI/SI methodology development and PDN modeling from system to die.
• Proficiency in Python coding and AI/ML assisted automation.
• Knowledge of 3D/2D EM simulation tools, electromagnetic theory, and transmission line theory.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including VNA, real-time scopes, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience in design and analysis of product power supply solutions and voltage regulator technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a multi-functional team.
