What you'll do

Provide strategic advisory and subject matter expertise on Veeva Network capabilities to align with client business requirements.
Manage the "Network-to-CRM" interface to ensure data flow integrity and validate Data Change Requests.
Proactively manage the environment to identify technical debt and ensure optimal system performance.
Recommend industry-standard configurations for match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data model extensions.
Partner with customers to refine internal data governance processes post-go-live.
Execute technical tasks including data model updates and system audits within customer environments.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues regarding data, configuration, or platform performance.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, data investigation, and the delivery of technical insights.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Life Sciences Data Operations.
Must possess hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, or comparable MDM platforms.
Must have experience in a customer-facing role demonstrating consulting acumen and stakeholder influence.
Must be able to work remotely while maintaining an 80% billable utilization target for multiple clients.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
Preferred: Deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial data including HCP, HCO, and Payer/Plan.
Preferred: Experience with SQL for deep-dive data investigation and active Veeva certifications.
