What you'll do

Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
Design MDM solutions to create a single source of truth for provider and product data.
Map data flows and configure high-level platform architecture to ensure successful integrations.
Connect Veeva Network MDM with Vault CRM to enable accurate field data updates.
Configure user-friendly dashboards, widgets, and portals for business users to access data.
Conduct workshops to translate complex technical data concepts into plain language for stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and lead a team of technical specialists.
Train junior consultants and create reusable templates to improve implementation efficiency.

What we're looking for

You must have 5+ years of experience in software consulting or professional services leading customer-facing technology implementations.
You must have 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar major master data management system.
You must possess a solid understanding of SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers.
You must have experience working with structured project timelines such as Agile or Scrum.
You must have excellent presentation and writing skills to lead meetings and manage client relationships.
You must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
You must be able to travel 20-30% for client meetings.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is preferred.
Experience with Veeva software (e.g., Vault CRM), Salesforce.com, or integration platforms like Informatica or MuleSoft is preferred.
