Your daily responsibilities include managing the Network-to-CRM interface, validating data change requests, performing system audits, and providing guidance on match/merge logic and survivorship rules. You will also troubleshoot platform performance issues and refine internal data governance processes for clients. Required skills include extensive Master Data Management expertise, experience with Veeva Network or Veeva CRM, and consulting acumen. Technical competencies include SQL for deep-dive investigations and the use of AI tools to accelerate documentation and provide technical insights regarding complex life sciences commercial data.

What you'll do

Provide strategic advisory and subject matter expertise on Veeva Network capabilities to align with business requirements and regulations.
Manage the "Network-to-CRM" interface to ensure data flow integrity and validate Data Change Requests.
Proactively manage the environment to identify technical debt and ensure long-term system performance.
Advise customers on industry-standard configurations for match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data model extensions.
Partner with clients to refine internal data governance processes post-go-live.
Execute technical tasks including data model updates and system audits within customer environments.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues regarding data, configuration, or platform performance.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, data investigation, and the delivery of technical insights.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Life Sciences Data Operations.
Must possess hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, or comparable MDM platforms.
Must have experience in a customer-facing role demonstrating consulting acumen and stakeholder influence.
Must be able to work remotely while maintaining an 80% billable utilization target for multiple clients.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
Preferred: Deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial data including HCP, HCO, and Payer/Plan.
Preferred: Experience with SQL for deep-dive data investigation and active Veeva certifications.
