Required skills include experience with Veeva Network MDM, Reltio, or Informatica, along with proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers within a structured project delivery framework.

What you'll do

Lead software implementation projects from start to finish for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
Design and configure Veeva Network MDM to create a single source of truth for customer and product data.
Map data flows and manage high-level platform configurations to ensure correct system integrations.
Connect Veeva Network MDM to Vault CRM to enable field sales teams to request and view accurate data.
Configure user-friendly dashboards and widgets to allow business users to search and access data easily.
Run workshops and present technical data designs to client managers and stakeholders in plain business language.
Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and coach junior team members to ensure on-time delivery.
Create reusable templates and guides to improve the efficiency of future software implementations.

What we're looking for

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations.
3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar major master data management system.
Solid understanding of data integration tools including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers.
Experience working with structured project timelines such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent presentation and writing skills for leading meetings and managing client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel 20-30% for client meetings.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries (preferred).
Experience with other Veeva software (e.g. Vault CRM) or Salesforce.com (preferred).
Experience using integration platforms like Informatica or MuleSoft (preferred).
