What you'll do

Lead software implementation projects from start to finish for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
Design data solutions to track healthcare professionals, organizations, and product data within a single source of truth.
Configure high-level platform architecture, map data flows, and ensure correct system integrations.
Connect Veeva Network MDM to Vault CRM to enable field sales teams to request data updates.
Set up user-friendly dashboards and widgets for business users to search and access data.
Run workshops and present technical data designs to client managers and stakeholders in plain business language.
Train junior consultants and create reusable templates and guides to improve future implementation speed.
Manage project timelines, risks, and internal technical teams to ensure on-time delivery.

What we're looking for

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations.
3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar major master data management system.
Solid understanding of data integration tools including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers.
Experience working with structured project timelines such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent presentation and writing skills for leading meetings and managing client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel 20-30% for client meetings.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries (preferred).
Experience with Veeva software (e.g., Vault CRM) or Salesforce.com (preferred).
Experience using integration platforms like Informatica or MuleSoft (preferred).
