What you'll do

Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
Design data solutions to consolidate multiple internal sources into a single source of truth.
Configure high-level platform architecture, including mapping data flows and ensuring integration accuracy.
Connect Veeva Network MDM to Vault CRM to enable accurate customer profiles for field teams.
Build user-friendly dashboards and widgets to facilitate easy data access for business users.
Conduct workshops and present technical data concepts in plain language to client stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and create reusable templates to improve implementation efficiency.

What we're looking for

You must have 5+ years of experience in software consulting or professional services leading customer-facing technology implementations.
You must have 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar major master data management system.
You must possess a solid understanding of SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers.
You must have experience working with structured project timelines such as Agile or Scrum.
You must have excellent presentation and writing skills to manage client relationships and lead meetings.
You must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
You must be able to travel 20-30% for client meetings.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
