Post-Award Governance Specialist

What you'll do

• Maintain active registrations in global sovereign infrastructure systems and procurement portals to ensure bidding and payment eligibility.
• Audit automated data layers to reconcile internal invoicing, tax records, and federal portal profiles.
• Extract contract requirements to build automated reporting schedules and manage the submission of mandatory deliverables.
• Monitor contract obligations and triage technical issues that could impact past-performance ratings.
• Oversee customer contract performance evaluation cycles to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Coordinate compliance certifications with internal teams to meet employment regulations and global eligibility criteria.
• Maintain and optimize a central repository for RFx responses using automated knowledge management workflows.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience managing post-award tasks for U.S. government contracts is desired.
• Prior experience as a U.S. federal contracting officer or similar role is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with U.S. federal procurement systems such as SAM.gov, DSBS, and ORBIT is required.
• Knowledge of international government contracting frameworks and regional compliance standards is required.
• Working knowledge of FAR provisions regarding subcontracting plans, invoicing, and contract reporting is required.
• Experience managing automated reporting pipelines and meeting multiple recurring deadlines is required.
• Ability to collaborate across legal, finance, support, and security teams in a fast-paced environment is required.
