What you'll do

Develop and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.
Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD, and other manufacturing systems.
Design and implement scalable data models and business logic while minimizing upgrade friction.
Improve platform observability and reliability using tools like Datadog.
Establish engineering standards through architectural guidance and high-quality code contributions.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate the production of software solutions.
Define architecture standards for scalable growth from concept to production.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products.
3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development including ITK (C/C++), BMIDE, SOA, and Active Workspace.
Proficiency in programming languages Java, C++, and C#.
Experience with modern software practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
Database experience involving SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.
