What you'll do

Design platform solutions and integration strategies for Allstate Health Solutions technology platforms.
Perform hands-on API validation and testing using tools like Postman.
Execute Azure cloud migration planning, environment readiness, and cutover activities.
Coordinate DevOps readiness including CI/CD pipelines, repository access, and deployment processes.
Manage data migration planning and validation while ensuring PHI/PII and HITRUST compliance.
Translate business requirements into implementable technical solutions and documentation.
Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies across security and infrastructure environments.

What we're looking for

7+ years of progressive experience.
Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations.
Experience with Azure and cloud platforms.
Working knowledge of DevOps, including CI/CD, repositories, and deployments.
Ability to execute hands-on platform delivery rather than just providing advisory services.
Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
Exposure to .NET, C#, SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Terraform (preferred).
Experience with Postman, cloud/data migrations, and regulated environments like HIPAA or HITRUST (preferred).
