What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
  • Implement proactive injury mitigation strategies to reduce musculoskeletal risks.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans based on evidence-based medicine.
  • Advise leadership on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to PT Techs and assistants within their scope.
  • Participate in periodic meetings for quality management and process improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited institution required.
  • Certification through ABPTS as OCS or SCS, or NATA as ATC is necessary.
  • Minimum five years of experience with NCAA Division I athletes and professional sports settings.
  • Experience in manual therapy, dry needling, and joint manipulation preferred.
  • Fellowship training in Sports, Orthopedics, or Manual Therapy considered.
  • Must be an independent licensed practitioner adhering to state regulations and APTA standards.
