What you'll do

Provide comprehensive injury mitigation, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to support mission readiness.
Act as the Bridge Coordinator to transition clients from rehabilitation to strength and conditioning programs.
Deliver human performance services within the scope of practice defined by the NATA Board of Certification.
Design and fabricate protective pads, equipment, and braces to prevent and treat injuries.
Apply taping techniques and other medical treatments to manage acute or chronic conditions.
Provide instruction and guidance regarding sports medicine and injury prevention.
Serve as a subject matter expert advisor on rehabilitation and injury mitigation for program managers.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training (Master's or Clinical Doctorate preferred).
Must hold a state license and be NATABOC certified.
Must have at least 5 years of experience as an ATC with individual and group athletes in high-level sports or military settings.
Must possess skills in athletic training, clinical practice, injury prevention, performance improvements, and rehabilitation.
