What you'll do

  • Designing and analyzing laboratory experiments to evaluate PET imaging systems.
  • Publishing scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.

What we're looking for

  • Ph.D. in Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Medical Physics, or related field.
  • Experience in medical imaging, particularly PET imaging.
  • Proficiency in developing software using multiple programming languages, especially C++.
  • Research experience in PET Imaging, Image Reconstruction, and Medical Imaging Physics.
  • Expertise in iterative image reconstruction methods and statistical approaches to medical image reconstruction.
  • Ability to conduct experimental design, testing, and data analysis for PET system performance evaluation.
  • Experience with Monte Carlo simulation methodologies for imaging system modeling.
