What you'll do

Lead the strategy and execution of machine learning-powered personalization and next-best-action capabilities across multiple channels.
Translate user research and analytics into clear product roadmaps, epics, and detailed user stories.
Manage day-to-day backlog grooming and sprint execution from initial discovery through final launch.
Coordinate with data science and engineering teams to ensure model lifecycle requirements and delivery milestones are met.
Design and iterate on recommendation engines and agentic solutions while ensuring privacy and fairness standards.
Define technical requirements for context, signals, and memory for AI-driven assistant products.
Run experiments to validate product impact and track metrics related to engagement, quality, and outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define service levels and guardrails for safe, reliable customer experiences.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition.
Ability to deliver customer-facing artificial intelligence products with data science and engineering teams across the model lifecycle.
Experience building data products for agentic assistants and delivering personalization and next-best-action solutions.
Working knowledge of data analytics, data literacy, and tools like SQL or Python to query datasets.
Familiarity with AWS data lakes, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
Ability to execute core product practices including backlog management in Jira.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research and metrics into actionable roadmaps.
