Technical Project Program Manager V

What you'll do

• Lead the modernization of the Product Development Process (PDP) including process optimization and software deployment.
• Develop, track, and execute program strategies, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Implement Business Process Management (BPM) best practices to deliver end-to-end value streams across multiple departments.
• Manage organizational change by creating communication plans and driving sustained adoption of new processes.
• Translate high-level corporate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear success metrics.
• Select, integrate, and maintain enterprise software applications to support business operations.
• Resolve complex ambiguities by defining clear problem statements, requirements, and decision criteria.
• Build executive alignment through clear narratives and evidence-based decision framing.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 7 years of hands-on program/project management experience in technical and business environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) best practices and tools.
• Proven expertise in product development processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management, including communication planning and resistance management.
• Skilled in enterprise software application selection, integration, and implementation.
• Ability to communicate with impact and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into executable roadmaps and success metrics.
• Preferred experience includes a Prosci certification or other Organizational Change Management certifications.
