Candidates must possess a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field with over six years of experience.

What you'll do

Perform PCB layout for high-speed, high-density, and value-conscious boards across multiple business units.
Execute full CAD layout development including detailed component placement and constraints management.
Design layouts with a focus on topology, signal integrity, and power integrity.
Generate artwork files, ODB++, test reports, and comprehensive electronic PCB documentation for design releases.
Ensure all designs comply with SI constraints, EMI/RFI control, and FCC, UL, and European regulations.
Adhere to IPC specifications and industry standards for PCB manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot complex design issues to ensure high quality and reliability in PCB layout.

What we're looking for

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced degree (preferred).
6+ years of overall relevant practical experience.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects.
Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro or Mentor Graphics (preferred).
Strong understanding of high-speed digital design principles and signal integrity considerations (preferred).
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to PCB layout and manufacturing processes (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
