Payments- XDLC Transformation- Product Manager- Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead the build-out of the new target operating model for the Payments Product Development Life Cycle.
• Launch and iterate on cross-functional pilot pods to drive broader adoption of new ways of working.
• Apply AI and analytical tools to derive insights from lifecycle telemetry and practitioner feedback.
• Develop the strategy, vision, and pragmatic roadmap for lifecycle standards and operating models.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, and reliability.
• Partner with risk and compliance to embed automated controls and standardized guardrails into the lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain like platform/developer-experience, AI product, or enterprise technology transformation.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic concepts like tool calling, workflow orchestration, retrieval, and evaluations in enterprise environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted partnerships and influence senior business and technology executives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills to translate complex technical topics for various audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with engineering, design, risk, and controls partners.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
