What you'll do

  • Define and own the AI automation roadmap to improve payment processing reliability and reduce operational risk.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact payment workflows for AI augmentation, such as reconciliation and exception classification.
  • Lead rapid proof-of-concept development using ML and LLMs to validate value before scaling to production.
  • Develop anomaly detection strategies including signal selection, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
  • Design LLM and RAG solutions focusing on knowledge grounding, context retrieval, and safety controls.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and phased delivery plans.
  • Define and track success metrics such as precision, recall, automation rates, and operational savings.
  • Manage end-to-end product delivery including release management, risk compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in product management delivering data/AI-enabled products from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning models, specifically anomaly detection and operationalization.
  • Hands-on fluency with Python and SQL for prototyping and validating datasets.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, including RAG, prompt design, and evaluation approaches.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI systems, orchestration patterns, and guardrails.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Experience deploying containerized AI/ML applications on AWS using ECS and related services.
  • Payments industry knowledge and experience productizing ML in regulated environments (preferred).
