Payments XDLC Transformation- Senior Product Associate

What you'll do

• Identify new product opportunities through user research, discovery, and market analysis.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Analyze and track product metrics including work-to-time, cost, and quality targets.
• Define lifecycle stages, roles, and decision rights for the new Payments PDLC operating model.
• Launch and support cross-functional pilot pods by providing onboarding materials and feedback loops.
• Use AI and analytical tools to derive insights from pod activity and lifecycle telemetry.
• Translate built-in controls into operating-model standards to improve auditability and reduce risk.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area like technology transformation or change management.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, and launch.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic systems like Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot in day-to-day work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a highly matrixed, cross-functional team.
• Working knowledge of modern agile product delivery models and software development practices (preferred).
• Exposure to change management or transformation programs, including stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement (preferred).
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, and risk/controls partners in a regulated environment (preferred).
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
