As a Payments-Digital & Design-FX Product Manager-Vice President, you will join the Digital & Design Access team to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for innovative offerings. You will act as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products, manage discovery efforts, and conduct market research to shape the product roadmap. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining a product backlog, defining FX product strategy, tracking success metrics like risk posture and reliability, and managing incident communications during production outages. The role requires advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, data analytics, and systems development methodologies. You will navigate complex requirements involving user interface design, QA, and UAT while ensuring scalability and security. Essential expertise includes FX electronic banking products, payments, risk management, and the ability to deliver large-scale solutions within a matrixed organization.
Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Develop an FX product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
Conduct discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions for the product roadmap.
Establish frameworks and track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Manage incident response communications and deliverables during production outages.
Mitigate risks by identifying control issues and developing creative solutions.
Promote a security-first mindset through coaching and mentoring team members.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Understanding of systems development methodologies and ability to manage cross-functional partners and resources.
Knowledge of FX electronic banking products and systems.
Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization and FX businesses (preferred).
Knowledge of FX, payments, risk, and security (preferred).
