Vice President, Payments AI Transformation Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Payments AI transformation initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of strategic solutions with Product and Technology teams.
• Develop and communicate project roadmaps and priorities to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Establish and manage project governance to ensure stakeholder alignment and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.
• Design and track project success metrics aligned to organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate emerging project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain momentum.
• Ensure project data is accurately represented in the appropriate systems of record.

• Excellent leadership skills for projects and delivery teams or squads.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas or challenges effectively.
• Strong agile delivery experience in a productized environment.
• A product delivery and/or data and analytics background (preferred).
• Experience and technical knowledge of AI, payments, data platforms, and cloud (preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or other related area (preferred).
