AI Business Transformation, Product Manager-Payments-Vice President

What you'll do

• Translate business priorities into a transformation agenda focused on growth, client experience, efficiency, and risk reduction.
• Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI, automation, and operating-model changes to deliver measurable results.
• Own the end-to-end adoption strategy for new capabilities from leadership alignment to frontline behavior change.
• Diagnose adoption barriers using data-driven methods and design targeted interventions to improve performance.
• Define outcome-linked success metrics that connect capability deployment and behavior change to business impact.
• Redesign workflows for effective human-AI teaming, including clear handoffs, escalation paths, and control points.
• Embed risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements into new operating models from the initial design phase.
• Lead organizational design changes including roles, skills, and spans of control to sustain new operating models.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise product, technology, or transformation roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change across 25+ teams in matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated track record of applying structured processes to achieve real, measurable outcomes.
• AI product literacy to interrogate model performance, evaluation methods, bias, drift, and failure modes.
• Ability to partition processes into human, AI, and joint steps with defensible reasoning.
• Fluency in how AI changes interact with 3LOD, model risk management, and regulatory obligations in financial services.
• Experience in scaled agile delivery frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Prosci ADKAR certification, Agile coaching credentials, or experience in regulated financial services (preferred).
