As a Technology Project Manager III in the Payments and Global Banking Technology group, you will lead complex technology projects and programs to drive business goals and create value for stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, managing resource allocation, and identifying risks to ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development and quality assurance to define scope and monitor progress. You must utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for project planning and risk synthesis while ensuring strict data sensitivity compliance. Key skills include analytical reasoning, stakeholder management, and technical fluency in platforms, software tools, and technologies. You will navigate technical architecture concepts like APIs, microservices, and data pipelines within regulated environments to manage platform migrations and large-scale rollouts.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate project planning, risk synthesis, and status reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing management strategies.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with software development and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts while ensuring human review and validation.
Break down complex business and technical objectives into manageable tasks and activities using analytical reasoning.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of experience delivering complex technology programs across multiple teams.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes.
Strong technical fluency with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
Proficiency in stakeholder management with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving outcomes.
Experience in regulated environments, platform migrations, large-scale rollouts, and managing dependencies across engineering, product, and operations (preferred).
